Hello my name is Angela, 

I’m a Pastry Chef from the Midwest. I fell in love with baking as a little girl the first time I used my Easy Bake Oven. However, the cake I made was a complete disaster, but it tasted good and the rest is history. I have a Pastry Arts Degree and started working in the industry when I was 17 years old. Throughout my career I have created custom cakes, and sweet tables for weddings, birthdays, and holidays. I have worked for hotel/resorts, bakeries, five-star steak houses, and casinos. Baking, designing, and decorating desserts have always been a passion of mine. Now that I’m retired, I would like to share my knowledge and experiences with those who share the same passions I do.
